What is the eXcellence Club?

The eXcellence Club is a high potentials platform, which has been created by sport INVEST search. The aim of the eXcellence Club is to support the career development of our members on a personal base. At this moment the eXcellence Club has been launched by our German office in Munich. There for this offer is currently only available in German.

Our Concept = 8 steps

“The most important skills are Human Ones”

It is based on a close and continuous relationship with our customers. This relationship allows us to anticipate the needs and expectations of our clients and to propose candidates with the most appropriate talents in a quick way.

01. Kick off meeting

The first step consists of leading deep discussions with the key managers of our client. On the one hand they allow us to understand what kind of profile they look for, including priorities, competences and other requirements linked to the position, and on the other hand to see how it must fit the strategic aims, structure and expectations of the company.

From this detailed information we can identify, evaluate and precisely explain this career opportunity to the best talents of the industry.

02. Review

We ask our client to inform us about all the actions previously undertaken with regards to the position as for example give the name of the candidates who have not been selected and the name of their company. Through this approach we wish to avoid duplication, unpleasant situations and unnecessary time spending.

03. Synergy of candidates

Our clients may naturally have their own potential candidates. In that case we request them to put the latter in contact with sport INVEST search so that we can interview and assess them in the same way we do for any other candidate.

04. Sourcing

To select our candidates we browse the industry for suitable results. The progress of this phase is documentd to the client through a continous progress report.

05. Screening

We then look through the selected files taking into account the result of the interviews led by our consultants and the references given by reliable sources close the candidate. When possible we request references to former bosses, colleagues and external acquaintances of the candidate. A “shortlist” of 3 to 5 highly qualified and motivated candidates is passed on to the client.

06. Presentations

We hand over a confidential and detailed written report for each candidate. This report synthetically goes through the realisations of the candidate and includes an assessment by sport Invest search of his strengths and weaknesses in relationship with the position requirements. After a phase of elimination, new interviews will follow with the last remaining candidates. These interviews are led by the client, without the presence of sport INVEST search.

07. Recruitment

In the final step of the recruitment process we take part into the contract elaboration considering that the agreement given by a candidate to the proposed offer is the fruit of a common work between the client and sport INVEST search.

08. Follow up

We will remain in contact with our candidate and our client in order to assess and facilitate his or her integration within the structure.
